  4.  Contact Type - this field can be used to classify each contact.  They
  5.       may be EVG for Evangelistic, SHT for Shut In, MUS for Music,
  6.       TRP for a given trip, EDU for Education or bible teaching,
  7.       or any code you can think of.
  8.  
  9.  Age Group - This field can be used to classify the contact by an
  10.       Age group.  You can use YTH for Youth, ADT for Adult, SNG for
  11.       Singles, Etc.  You can use and code or number in this field.
  12.  
  13.  Residential Code - Many churches break their contact down by areas.
  14.       This code can be used to solve that purpose.  Examples may be
  15.       WEST, SOUTH, CYPRESS, MAIN ST, Etc.  You can use any code
  16.       you wish here.

  18.                        Menu Function Definitions

  21. Add - Press "A" to add a new record to the database.
  22.  
  23. Edit - Press "E" to change information about a contact.
  24.  
  25. Delete - Press "D" to delete this contact.
  26.  
  27. Select - Press "S" or ENTER to retrieve all the contacts made to
  28.          this individual.

  30. Print - Press "P" for a menu of reports. (See Tag Below)

  32. Notes - Press "N" for a screen to enter notes.
  33.  
  34. Tag - Press "T" to tag this record.  Only the tagged records will be
  35.       included on the reports.
